Helpful and friendly throughout the process of finding and renting our home. Some misinformation received on how to contact the Landlord but it was a minor issue. Kept us up to date on the increase in rent for our new term.

Leaders was great to work with. A dedicated team of people. Steve was genuine, helpful and totally engaged with us. He listened to what we said we wanted and he found us the perfect flat! We appreciated his professional, friendly attitude and he was never "pushy."We would definitely use Leader (and Steve!) again.

Leaders succeeded in finding me suitable tenants quickly which was great and was my primary requirement. However I felt that I had to push a bit to get all the detail sorted and everyone in the office seemed to be involved. I regret having the Inventory done for me - it was detailed and voluminous but some things were overlooked. Most of the detail in the Inventory seemed superfluous. Nevertheless, a satisfactory outcome.overall.
