I have been letting my property through Leaders since 1987 with a two year gap while I lived there in '90/'91. With a fairly high turnover, which is probably typical for a one bedroom seafront flat, it has never been vacant longer than 3 weeks. The quality of tenants has been excellent (only one exception in 25yrs) and the Leaders staff have been very professional. I would single out Martina in Brighton who has helped me tremendously.
