There has been a number of occasions we've called to speak to our property manager and left messages, they have never been returned. We requested a new carbon monoxide alarm the 2nd week we moved in, no one has called us back about it (now 4th month of tenancy) Property manager gave keys to allow someone to re a meter without advising us first. A view of our flat by yourselfs was due jan however didnt take place as didnt have correct keys and no one has been in contact with us since.
