Outstanding agency to work with. The staff are so helpful, professional and polite. It is so easy to communicate with Leaders, reponses are fast and any problems/queries we have are dealth with right away. I have received great service every time I have visited the branch. I am only disappointed about one thing and that is that I was never informed of the alarm that is tested every Thursday morning at 9am which is a problem.

Since moving into my property, Leaders have been nothing but helpful. Always on hand to help with any maintenance issue that we have encountered. I hope this continues throughout the duration of my tenancy.

Everything was very simple in terms of documentation required from us as tenants and obtaining the property. We have had no communication with the owners of the property which I would like however Leaders seem to be on top of everything. We will be staying for longer than the original tenancy if the owners / leaders are happy for us to do so.
