Good standard of service and the tenancy agreement documentation is the best I have found. It is sometimes a bit tricky dealing with different offices when you have met and know the team in one particularly well but no-one in the other ones (prefer to have 1 or 2 liaison points only). There is room for improvement with the standard of the Inventory/Schedule of Condition (can help if you wish). Otherwise pleased with the overall experience.

Leaders were exceptional when we took the lease on our flat. The girls in the Hove office are really freindly and helpful. The service is really professional with a lovely personal touch. Highly recommend using them if you need a rental in Brighton and Hove. We will consult them when we are ready to buy.

My property was re let without any problems at all. A new tenant was found and in place with a gap of two weeks which allowed me to carry out remedial repairs. A smooth transition with no fuss, and kept fully informed of the progress.
