My landlord has recently changed agencies to Leaders,and it is a change I have gladly welcomed! The state of disrepair the flat had been left in, is now being fixed,which is a blessed relief! And Martina who works for Leaders had been fantastic! she has been so proactive in getting the ball rolling of the repairs,and Martina, who deals with this flat, has been nothing but helpful, even when there has been a few teething problems. I have rented for 25 years and Leaders is the best property agency I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with :)

My spouse and I arrived on the whim at the New Road office, and were very kindly welcomed. You could tell the staff were not only professionals but maintained a high level of camaraderie among themselves, which not only boosted their credibility but also made us feel at ease, knowing we would be in good hands. It is because of this great sense of genuinely friendly people working together and going above and beyond that they were able to find us a flat that we could have only hoped for in our dreams. We will forever be greatful to the New Road branch of Leaders and their staff for helping us find a welcoming new home in Brighton.

I have been with Leaders along time and they have gone out of their way to help get things moving from initial contact through to immediate response when things needed to be repaired etc. All in all a good service!

I was treated with courtesy, efficiency and empathy, despite my mistake over our appointment. You ended the computer generated text exhortations to switch from my preferred supplier (Ecotricity) when I asked, and also the computer generated lease invitations. I do appreciate these computer generated things are an efficient way to make these proposals, though they appear not to allow reply. BTW you might take a look at Ecotricty. Not only Green, but also a single low rate as opposed to the cheap-then-expensive rates of the rest of the market. Maybe you could consider this as an alternative recommendation? Thanks.
