Excellent letting agencies who actually do keep an eye out for suitable properties based on your requirements to save you some intense searching. Application process and contract set up was very straight forward. Although fees are a pain, all were clearly highlighted following my first meet with my letting negotiator Rachael who was excellent. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable all round - this is anyone that I had the pleasure of communicating with. No question went unanswered even when my letting negotiator was unavailable so 5 stars are truly deserved and it seems that they saved the best landlord for me so hoping for many happy years in my current letting. Thanks Leaders !!! Truly outstanding customer service. Keep up the excellent work !

The tenancy start up was o.k. Only hitch was with the utilities where there was some confusion (caused by Hallmark) over suppliers and who was setting it up. In the end I found it easiest simply to engage directly with British Gas.
