Good communication overall, very helpful

The flat viewing went well. The paper work & payment process was very good (though I was disappointed with docusign not letting me import my signature image). The utilities set up (with Hallmark) was not good; Their text messages were not clearly identified as being from them and neither was the website to set-up a British Gas account - both used the name "TenantUtil". Then the supposed account with British Gas was not set-up ( I called & set it up myself).

Leaders found me a really lovely flat where I am very happy. They made the moving process easy, efficient and stress-free. They helped to arrange all the necessary things such as insurance. The staff were friendly, patient and helpful at all times. Thank you Leaders North Laine!

Very pleased with the service your company offered at the start of tenancy. All the staff were very helpful and we have good communication with our landlord .

It's the second time I am renting a house in the UK through Leaders and I have to say that I have been really well looked after. Our requests have always been taking into consideration and we always had a prompt reply too. In the future, on the next home move I will definitely try leaders first.

By far the best of the rental agents I spoke to when it came to marketing and renting out my property. Management of the rental is not quite as good, as I have to be more pro-active, and don't seem to be able to just leave matters in their hands. Was a mix-up in the invoicing which almost cost me £400, so check your statements, people!

We have been well pleased with the service that we have received from Leaders. The property is fully managed by them and we have had few matters that we have had to look into.. The people that we have had personal contact with have been uniformly helpful but we have found that the accounts have to be carefully checked by us in order to make our annual tax returns accurately. The firm is infinitely better than the previous management company that we had abut ten years ago.
