I have waited to give a review as there were some maintenance issues that remained unresolved from the beginning of our tenancy. The person to blame was not the owner or Leaders but a contractor, thankfully another tradesman was assigned to our problem and quickly and efficiently identified the problems and set to work on a solution. We have never been given or seen an inventory, and have therefore not had the chance to add our comments or additions, this could lead to a dispute in the future.
