We initially viewed the house with Aimee, who was lovely. Then mark showed us around a second time and was very helpful - especially in throughout the negotiation phase. Once the offer was accepted Karen was fantastic, with the entire team being very accommodating, allowing access for tradesmen etc. I'll certainly be getting in touch when we move on

Generally everything is good but there does seem to be an issue with rents up for renewal not always being processed in a timely way. We would prefer that the previous system was adopted where we were notified that rent renewal was due and we would agree a raise in writing in consultation with Kenilworth. Also related to this the new increases are not always enacted by the tenants and no one is picking this up.

Our comments - we were charged the wrong set up fee , and a month later we are still waiting for a credit of £200. We have had to chase to get all the paperwork sent to us; everything was sent to us for one of the flats but not for the other 2 flats - a rather piecemeal/ haphazard approach, and I feel certain you must have a checklist to make sure owner and tenant each has all the paperwork; tenancy agreement, inventory, deposit certificate etc. Still not received the whole inventory for one of the flats. The inventory company was clearly not briefed nor supplied with the right keys by leaders when they did inventory for 3 of our 4 flats as they failed to find external meter cupboard and therefore did not take readings - oh yes and the inventory people did not know how to get a day and night reading on an economy 7 meter.You have now let our 4th flat in the same building so I am hoping that all the above were just teething problems getting to know the flats and that we will have a better experience this time with the 4th one - hence the rating of Good rather than Average. PS It would be useful to have a list of contacts or to know who our contact will be now the 4 flats are let - feel a bit in the dark about who is my contact going forward

The move into the new tenancy went without hitch. The legal documents were all signed in advance. It helped a lot that we are friends of the landlord so we were able to pick up the keys to the house the day before we moved in. The landlord was also able to resolve a couple of minor issues very quickly.

As long standing landlords we are extremely pleased with the service provided by Leaders. We come into contact with staff at both the Kenilworth and Leamington offices. Everyone is extremely helpful and pleasant and any rental issues are always quickly resolved. They provide a very efficient and thoughtful service. Highly recommended.

Everyone I have dealt with at Leaders Kenilworth has been outstanding. Thank you for so quickly arranging a viewing, preparing documents for me and assisting with utilities and council tax registration. Not least, thank you for helping me to find my perfect home; this is easily the nicest property that I have rented in England so far! My one criticism, and the reason why I have awarded only four stars, is the barrage of emails and texts that I received after I moved in, encouraging me to switch to your "preferred utility provider," British Gas. I have a long-standing loyalty to Ecotricity, the renewable energy provider, and immediately set about switching to them as soon as I moved in. Despite this, the British Gas emails from Leaders continued, in an increasingly demanding tone with no option to reply or opt out, which amounted to faceless cyber-bullying. This is completely unprofessional and I know that Leaders can, and will, do better in this regard in the future.
