Problems were addressed and fixed with days, very efficient and friendly. At least 24 hours notice given every time. Property in good state on arrival, very well insulated and energy efficient.

thank you for the very professional and friendly service that we received from the staff at the Kenilworth branch - nothing appeared too much trouble to them (even when we called in to the office almost every day) for progress reports - our requests for information were promptly answered ether in person or by telephone / e-mail thank you once again

Few issues before moving in with incorrect information on our contract which had to be sent back several times to be amended. Receiving emails for other places to rent after moving seemed a bit silly. Emailed to have these cancelled and they still kept arriving so had to email again. This is obviously an automatic system on emails however it would be helpful if this was turned off when someone has moved into one of your properties!

I am absolutely fed up with every service I use resulting in a request for for feedback to a survey. If there is something wrong or right I contact the people concerned directly.
