I found the people at Hollier Browne very efficient and helpful. The staff looked after me and the tenant well and covered any problems that occurred promptly. As Leaders I find the same efficient service. The Cotteridge office is staffed with professional people. I have no problem downloading the statements now, and any new laws or news about the rental sector is passed onto me via the news letter. Prices are good & processes are simple so getting moved in, paying rent etc is smooth. If there was an area for improvement it would be repair responses, they are generally slow and very reliant on the landlords rather than solution first. But that's based on justs one experience so I wouldn't say it's a huge issue.

We have found Leaders to be a professional friendly agent. We receive monthly statements and are keep up to date with any issue that may arise regarding our properties. The repairs team are very helpful and sort out any repair we ask them to efficiently and at a reasonable price.
