Even thought there have been a couple of draw-out tenant issues, the service on the whole has been superb. A special mention must go to Fiona O'Clery who has gone beyond being professional. Superb marketing brochure. My flat received an offer after 6 weeks. The after sales support office smoothed the whole process leading to a completion within 2 months. The only downside was that we didn't manage to achieve the full asking price, but I suspect that was market conditions rather than Leaders support.
