The overall service has been very good. There have been hiccups along the way, but these came about through issues with tenants, so I can't hold Leaders responsible at all.

Good at tracking the status of lease agreements and communicating back to me. Take the initiative in securing good tenants and processing the paperwork via the electronic medium of Docusign. Can be too contractual at times and lacks the personal touch that clients and tenants expect as part of the relationship. It is a people centred business after all! Multiple contacts tend to confuse and a single point of contact would always be my preference. You get a good fee even for the tenant finding only service and I would expect occassionally for you to go the extra few yards to make sure all parties are bedded down comfortably at the start of a tenancy.

I've personally found leaders very helpful, we've had a few minor issue with the flat, and you guys are normally very quick to resolve them (Apart from my new chest of draws that i'm still waiting for....since last year) I'm currently happy, and i hope this level of good service continues. I would also like to personally thank Hannah from the Kingston store as shes been our main point of contact.
