Hi, All the basic things are working fine in the property. I have two concerns. 1. The heating system is not up to the mark, all the heaters are very old and one of them is not working. I already informed to leaders property management. 2. Still the property runs on pre-paid meter, i asked for a normal/smart meter, but they didn't change yet. If you can do the needful to solve this out, I will be very grateful. Many Thanks!

Our purchase turned out to be surprisingly complicated as the extension of the lease paid for by the vendor had not be lodged with the Land Registry. This delayed everything by three months. Leaders were very good at chivvying both sets of solicitors and were supportive all the way through. I would recommend them. They arranged for us to join Lifetime legal who sent us to a firm of solicitors who actually did quite a lot - but never told us what they were doing! Don't think I would recommend them.

I have experienced considerable difficulty with the sale of my flat. The difficulties were all related to potential purchasers themselves or mortgage companies to the buyer. However, throughout the process Leaders Leamington and their "deal chaser" at Head Office have acted in an exemplary manner. Efficient and effective. Well done all and Thanks.
