Generally speaking a smooth and excellent service but sometimes needs to keep 'hands on' landlords more fully in the loop on disputes, condition reports and potential repairs.

Overall Satisfied with the Check-In Service. Couple of issues though, the property I rented was a new build Class II. That being said the post code was not registered on time and I had various complications with opening a bank account, credit checks etc until it was sorted out. Also the property was banded E resulting a very high council tax, which was not communicated to me when I rented my apartment. On the other hand the Check-out phase of the tenancy causes most of the conflicts, I hope that the service remains at the same level.
