In general the service has been really good, however there were a few occasions where it was a bit hit & miss - for example taking 3 weeks to get me a key to my post box! However, overall the team has been helpful & usually keeps me up to date.

Very good experiences with property management. Fast and friendly assistance with every request regarding the flat. Disappointed with the so called communal garden though. Its appalling condition was not obvious during the wintertime viewing.
