I have let my flat through Leaders Lewisham, (formerly Oaklets) for more than 20 years. Their service has always been outstanding and they have found me excellent tenants over the years. They are a fantastic team (special thanks to Sharon and Tim) and I can heartily recommend them.

We've had excellent service as landlords. The staff are extremely helpful, have good knowledge of our property & have found suitable tenants for our accommodation. As such we've been happy with the tenants & their management of them. We fully recommend them for all aspects of their service.

I was very impressed with the Lewisham branch of Leaders. All staff were friendly and efficient, the 'welcome pack' containing all the documentation for the move is far better than anything I've received in the past, and the whole process went smoothly.

Leaders have yet again found me great tenants in a very short space of time. They also organised a clean and repainting of part of the internal walls before the new tenants moved in. While the communication was OK, I would have given them 5 stars if they had been a bit sharper on this.

I was very impressed with the service that I received. My house was let within a very short time and at the top end of what I had expected in rent.

Overall the move was good and I have found working with Kerry was/is very friendly and clear. The initial emails were dealt with by other members of the team so when sending/responding to emails you weren't sure who would respond! I did find the emails and texts relating to preferred utility suppliers quite persistent and annoying as I had already organised the suppliers. Also I received an automated message a few days before the move advising that the agency would contact utility companies; for anyone who is anxious to ensure their move is organised would have already made these arrangements. I am pleased overall with the property and the service I have received from Leaders Lewisham.

Leaders are a very good managing agent. I have been with them for a long time. They are professional and efficient in all my dealings with them. They have recently managed a complete refurbishment of my property within budget and on time. They keep me up to date with developments more widely.

We were very lucky getting a flat from Leaders in Lewisham. The flat is good but and the maintenance services is very good. When we went home one evening at 10pm the power cut off so we called Leaders thinking it is too late but the electrician arrived hire in 10 minutes and he sorted the problem. We would recommend Leaders to whoever needs a reliable estate agent.
