John Piper gives good service!

I have been using Leaders since their takeover of Oak Lets and have been very satisfied with the service received especially from Hardeep. My only problem has been that other departments will contact me instead of going firstly to Hardeep who has my authority to deal with all problems. As I live in Australia and am often travelling in places with no email access, this has caused some difficulties in the past.

A great service. Have been very efficient in managing my flat, sorting out repairs, refurbishment between lettings, and finding good tenants.

The personal service has always been good but an important maintenance issue (repairing the patio doors damp problem) remain outstanding.
