The Loughborough Leaders team were absolutely wonderful in their help to purchase our house. From the start they were so understanding and patient and always kept us informed of what was happening during the process. Megan & Charlie in the team in particular were amazing, always so reassuring and helpful. In the Sales team, Nick was so helpful in being the middle man between both legal teams and explained the process so well to me and always reassured and made me feel at ease. We needed to complete the house transfer by a certain date and Nick played a vital role in allowing us to reach the deadline date. Credit to the whole team for all their hard work and helpfulness.
