Leaders have been a great help to me when I needed a house to rent after selling my property. Nothing was too much trouble and many staff (Borrowash office) went out of their way to help me. I have found Leaders to be fair. All have a lovely phone manner. Manager Chris has been helpful solving problems with the property.

Good advice on how to market the property and the asking price to set and then excellent service from start to finish. Took the stress of selling the property to a much lower level. The sale was completed within ten weeks which was brilliant.

Did what it says on the tin. House sold within three days. However their guide price was £11,000 below my listed price which I had them adjust. Good updates through selling process.

Recently sold our property through Leaders. Excellent service, really like the fact that once sold stc you are assigned a move manager who looks after the sale. Our move manager Gemma was really helpful, kept us informed as the sale progressed and helped with all problems as they arose. If we ever move again, we would have no reservations regarding using Leaders.

During the purchase process Leaders were very helpful during what proved to be an unnecessarily complex transaction. Subsequent to the purchase Leaders were slow in sorting out the transition from previous landlord for the tenant in situ, despite me chasing.
