Its a lovely property, and everything has been in good order. I've had good service from Leaders Loughborough, although the way the admin of all documents prior to the start of tenancy, could be made more straight forward instead of the current system where documents are sent requiring fast completion giving time for completion. The payments of rent was confusing, which meant I paid my first months rent twice - this could all have been managed better as its very stressful being a tenant in that process. The girls in the office are lovely, yet very slow at responding to any queries I have had. Otherwise, I am very happy at the present time.

The service from Leaders has been exceptional from start to finish. We have been kept informed of every detail throughout and there has always been someone available to help or find out information every time we have called. We found that Leaders had a better grasp of the whole chain throughout the process and were always aware of what stage all parties involved were at. We were recommended by our neighbours across the road, after they sold their house with Leaders in just one day. They followed this up by arranging lots of viewings on ours and it was sold at asking price within seven days of being on the market. Our experience of other local estate agents whilst viewing properties to buy, has shown that Leaders are in a different league. It is clear how well their data is kept up to date behind the scenes as anyone you spoke to seemed to quickly have access to your records, which made for excellent customer service throughout. This was consistent throughout both branches we dealt with during the process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fairly pleasant service when face to face. Slow in answering/acknowledging emails when certain items have to be in writing. Letting hub is a disgraceful organisation in that calculations are incorrectly performed and NO contact is made for explanations. Will see how the management of the let proceeds in the next few months
