Excellent service from excellent staff. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. They said my house would sell straight away and it did, for marginally below the asking price. However this price was still higher than quoted by 2 other local estate agents. They said it would take around 3 months to complete and it did! Leaders staff are friendly and approachable with excellent attention to detail and professionalism and I would certainly recommend them to sell your home.

We used Leaders to let our property, The good thing was that our new tennant, said that Leaders were very good throughout. This was good to hear as previously we have had to do all of the running and phone calls chasing when we had used other estate agents.

Very good service, good communication

All staff we dealt with were very efficient and prompt in their replies as well as being pleasant people. The process went smoothly and we were kept well informed at every stage. Buying and selling houses is usually very stressful but the staff made it as easy as it could be for us which we really appreciated. We would use your services again and would be happy to recommend you to others.

Having had 3 valuations the reason why I chose Leaders was because the valuation chap seemed genuinely interested and confident in the sale of the property. The girls were efficient on the phone always polite and helpful. The only negative was the availability of staff to do meet potential buyers at the property. In the end I met with my buyer and from there the house was sold. (5 stars for me then)! Subsequently to the sale of the house the buyer wished to see the house several times more which on one occasion meant several days in between due to the lack of availability only when I intervened did an operative become available. My point was that this customer had committed and we did not want to him. Apart from that everything else was ok.

My wife and my self were most impressed with the professional and personal service we received.Jessica in particular was most helpful and grasped our objectives and acted accordingly forwarding appropriate properties followed up by a curtesy call requesting our views. It was a pleasure dealing with her! May we thank her and all related staff for what was a very pleasurable experience, making house hunting a more relaxing exercise!
