This particular service was vital to me and ensured a successful outcome. I had previously used other estate agents who did not provide this service, resulting in the chain collapsing. Thanks to the Sales Progressor at Leaders constantly chasing and updating all parties, I managed to complete my house purchase. Very pleased and would use again.

Friendly and efficient

We had a difficult sale with the dates being pushed back, however felt Gemma Britton was constantly on top of it and keeping in contact with all involved in the sale. Thank you. The only let down was that we was contacted by another member of the leaders team and was provided a move in date. This was our first purchase, therefore you trust the estate agents to lead you through, however this date seemed to not have been communicated with any other part of the sale. This resulted in us not having a home for 3 weeks.
