The lady who dealt with us in the sales progression team was very good. she answered all my queries and if she didnt know the answer she always found out and got back to me. She was very approachable and friendly yet delivered a professional service. Unfortunately the lady who I spoke to when I went to pick the keys up from The Cornmarket site was rude and looked at me like I was something on the bottom of her shoe. She needs to learn some manners. All staff should be professional to everyone regardless of their looks.
