I'm disappointed that you collect the rent 3 days before it's due but pay it to me 4 days after it's due, what is the justification for a 7 day delay between collection and forward payment? The rest of your service is very satisfactory

I was apprehensive after Leaders took over the management of our house after many years of excellent service from Sinclair. I have been very pleased so far with the support that I have received. I have spoken to Amy and Louise who have always been most helpful. E mails are promptly replied to. So far everything is good and I am very satisfied with the service.

I found the team at Leaders to be very helpful, pleasant and professional regarding my house purchase. I was a little surprised that the transaction was passed to another office once I made an offer and I think this may also have disconcerted the seller. But overall it was a good experience and I would recommend Leaders.

Well it was a tricky sale and then a tricky purchase but Gemma worked tirelessly to make sure that things went as smoothly as possible with regular communication. Thank you for all your hard work. I'm loving my new home!!

Helpful advice during initial visits. One or two small issues during viewings and flow of feedback was not always that forthcoming. Appear to have found good tenants. Rent paid in good time. Expecting to receive first report shortly.

Excellent team of people Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They sorted everything out for me and that was a big worry off my mind. I would recommend leaders to anybody because they were fantastic.

You service was excellent starting with the L,Boro Sales Branch to the Move Branch in Notts, that they worked none stop to complete my sale & always kept me updated on what was happening & gave me their total support in a very stressful time right to the end.
