everyone has been extremely helpful and considerate especially as this was a difficult time for the family with both my brother and mother dying thanks to everyone for a successful outcome I did find the team sales approach a little confusing as not always sure whom to speak to - possibly a key contact person to contact the client about viewings etc with obviously info shared with all the team but behind the scenes from the clients point of view
