My "move manager" was fantastic from beginning to end. Her communication was brilliant and was nearly always able to get things moving between both sets of solicitors when they seemed incapable of talking to each other. She was a brilliant go-between and always kept me up to date with what was happening, even if it was to let me know that things were taking a few days. This was my first house purchase and it was made so much easier, smoother and stress-free as a result of the excellent service.

The service that we received from the Leaders staff was extremely good, always attentive and responsive. However, the brochure was not good: virtually no text and fewer pictures than online. There were no details of the property, and what it offered. For example it was only when we actually moved in that we realised that the oven had an induction hob, there having been no indication of this. The brochure is the main point of reference both before and after a viewing, but this one was inadequate for this purpose.

Overall I have been extremely pleased with the level of service, expertise and professionalism shown by the staff of Leaders in my dealings with them. They have been always very welcoming, thorough in their attention to detail and responsive to my requests and needs as a landlord seeking tenants for my properties. There has been some individual variability depending on personnel with respect to response time to requests and required actions. This has led to some frustrations and lack of efficiency in achieving targets within a certain timescale. However, this aside I have been very pleased with the level of customer care afforded me, the efficiency of achieving tenants for my properties within a short timescale and overall management of the letting process.
