Your staff endeavour to sort out any problems that we may have within a good time frame. They are always polite and courteous when we deal with them. We were sad when some of the older members of "JSM" staff who we knew for many years retired. However we are now becoming more familiar with your younger generation of staff, who are performing well to the new Leader structure.
