Was greeted in a warm friendly way when first enquiring about putting my property with you . Felt that the woman I spoke to was professional but very down to earth . Gave me good advise as to what needed done to put the property in good repair . Advised excellent people who were very reasonably priced and gave excellent service . There have been teething problems with the tenant they placed there which I have found irksome and rather petty . I have been told it will be worth the expense as when they settle in all will be well . Only time will tell if this will be the case . So far everything I have requested by way of information to be passed onto me has been done . Felt a couple of times that previous emails were not looked at prior to emailing me . As this is my first tenant with you I am not maybe the best person to be judging . Hopefully things will settle down and I will start to feel some benefit from renting out the property . I rent it out to finance a rent in another country , it's not a hobby it's a practical necessity .

Fairly happy with the speed of let on this property as it does seem to be a problem area now. All good and ran smoothly
