All ok at present (hope it stays this way with no problems with our tenants).There have been some sensitive subjects to do with the tenants that needed personal assistance from the staff these have been handled very well. We were surprised to find that two of our favourite members of staff have retired we did not think they had reached that age. However the replacement staff are doing a grand job.

Always very pleasant people to deal with. It is occasionally difficult to obtain a response to queries, which may be due to inadequate arrangements to cover staff on holiday or otherwise absent.

We always find the staff helpful and pleasant to deal with. Any problems we have are quickly deal with, and problems that occur at the property is quickly identified and reported to us for instructions. We would be happy to recommend to anyone wishing to rent out their home.

We appreciate the help and support that is given to us finding suitable ""professional"" tenants for our properties. You are usually correct in your selection as we have a policy of having empty flats rather than troublesome tenants. We especially appreciated the considerable help you gave us recently when an outgoing tenant left the flat in a ""terrible state"". This required unpleasant duties by your staff in rectifying the problems! Sometimes we find the pictures relating to the flats do not show them off to the best advantage. The picture showing the front of the building is at least 8 years out of date and does not show the replacement windows throughout the whole block.

I have been really happy with JSM but over the past year or so I feel standards have slipped. I do not feel the property checks have been carried out properly. This has cost me an awful lot of money and my tenants were very unhappy. I never seem to know who is managing my property now. To be honest I have taken on more management myself just to make sure things get done .

Couldn't really ask for more from Lisa my new property manager. Just need a good tenant now. Certainly a big improvement.
