I have been really happy with JSM but over the past year or so I feel standards have slipped. I do not feel the property checks have been carried out properly. This has cost me an awful lot of money and my tenants were very unhappy. I never seem to know who is managing my property now. To be honest I have taken on more management myself just to make sure things get done .

Very professional, and relatively quick in finding a tenant in view of the type of property being let.

hi have friends who live in lowestoft so when moving looked on internet to find somewhere to live there and after looking on several letting sites and vewings found you to have best properties on offer,when found the property i like found you very easy to work with and get in quickly thank you

Very good and prompt at the start and during process. But at end I should have liked confirmation of who is actually in my property and if they have pets and when they started the tenancy.

everyone very helpful in office but was disappointed at the cleanliness of the property when I move in. Also still waiting for jobs to be completed
