Seems every thing is ok with your service at present. Staff always helpful on the other end and kept informed as when we need to be on whats happening. All we would like is to be assured of a longer let instead of 6 months or a year at a time, we would prefer longer ie 2 or 3 years at a time would be great, 6 monthly lets is a worry. Thank you
