Leaders have been my property agent for several years and I have always found them very efficient and quick to deal with any queries or issues during that time. I would be very happy to recommend them.

Overall the service is good but if according to a tenant showing potential tenants around a property was left to the outgoing tenant with no Leaders staff in attendance is not good service and to take full payment for a service not done should be looked at. But as stated the service is good and will use again.

I have always found staff at the Lowestoft office helpful, prompt and efficient. It is particularly reassuring to know that they take an active interest in our properties that they manage for us.

I am delighted with the house it is lovely and so quiet.. the only thing is that I have received two letters from a debt unpaid for collection for gas and electric at 7 orchard terrace for almost £150. It was addressed to the previous tenant
