We have had experience of Leaders in both selling a property and letting another property in two different towns. In both cases we have had the most attentive and professional service. The sale of the property was within a week and went through in the minimum of time. Regarding the property to let, the tenants were difficult, noisy and upset the neighbours. Leaders immediately sent a letter to the tenants putting them on a monthly letting basis. This resulted in them giving notice and they presumably found an alternative property. Another tenant was found within a few weeks and has been very satisfactory. We have recommended Leaders to a friend who has recently sold a flat in Cambridge and is buying 'to let' in Bury St Edmunds.

Quite simply I have always found Leaders thoroughly efficient and professional in all aspects of letting property.

All the Staff were very helpful from start to finish nothing seems to be any trouble to help in any way possible. We are very very happy here love the the bungalow dogs love it as well sunbathing on the patio, hope this is for many years to come. Thank you all once again.
