Generally a very good service. We do feel each year when the rent review letters go out we end up with an upset tenant who threatens to leave so maybe this process could be reviewed to inform them of the rights or a review with the landlord prior to issuing.

When renewing a tenancy and the tenant is staying on I do not think it is fair to charge a full amount. There should only be a nominal charge,

Easy process, quite helpful and informative. Experienced some trouble with move in date, due to the Landlord mixing up communications. However, the effort to address and resolve the issue was respectable. I would rent via Jordans again.

My experience with Jordan's was good. Mainly good communication except for inventory issues that couldn't be solved but friendly staff too.

The overall result was satisfactory however we had to struggle to get all the documents and proofs of address/identity required. We needed some flexibility during this process because of our especial circumstances and finally Jordan's people helped us to rent our apartment where we are really happy.

Lovely friendly staff and they fix any issues quite speedily too which is always a help! Would recommend to any other renters!
