I have been dealing with Liam and he has been very helpful and always responds to me quickly. A few things though: 1) I requested a sales valuation and I had to ask for this numerous times before it happened, the request seemed to keep getting forgotten 2) The tenant didnt pay the first months rent and Leaders did not keep me up to date with what was happening or that it was eventually resolved. I would have liked to be kept informed

After some initial concerns with a 3rd party contractor leaders were attentive and addressed the issues directly. Having a company that can manage our property effectively via email is important to us as we travel overseas, so far Leaders seem to do a good professional job. Thanks!

I have had excellent service from Leaders Manchester, Deansgate office. They have arranged furnishings, maintenance and cleaning in order to prepare our flat for rental. I was kept updated with photographs and emails and the flat was rented quickly. Each member of the team that I have spoken to has been helpful and efficient, and all queries have been answered promptly. Long may this last!

Leaders handled the process very well, sadly, I can't say the same for the landlord/owner of the residence I'm renting in Pioneer House. The apartment wasn't in a habitable state when I moved in and it's taken 6 weeks for any renovations to take place. Roughly 50% of the jobs have been completed...

having used jordans now leaders for 15 years or so this last time the service was better than the past. two problems you leave the phone ringing FAR to long i have actually been in your office when the phone is ringing and no one seems to want to answer. second you should not have to asked to PAY clients money into their account. You hold on to it far to long
