I had hoped to move into a flat that I had purchased only to find there was a tenant in situ when we arrived. Leaders were excellent in trying to sort out the situation (despite it not being their fault!). everyone we have dealt with on the lettings side has been extremely helpful.

I bought two properties via Leaders and continued with their property management / rental team. Both properties have had their ups and their downs and throughout; the teams at Leaders Manchester have managed everything expertly - in particular a complete renovation and seem less transition in sourcing and moving in new tenants the day after the work was finished.

No problem with the service, good information and any problems dealt with quickly and efficiently. The only problem is the reversion to paper statements which seems like a retrograde step and is not convenient for me but realise that if it's corporate policy there is not much you can do about it.

I reported some issues over the phone but there was no follow-up. However, after I sent an email listing items that needed repairs, the reply was very prompt and had arrangements made with some repair men to come in within a couple of days. Overall I am pleased with how quick the issues were dealt with.

It was a very long process. Original move in date was the 5th September, actual move in was the 20th September. I do feel this could have been avoided and better organised. Staff were friendly and professional, were just held up by procedures.

I would confirm that Leaders are reliable, organised and professional. Statements are always received on time, with full explanations. Phone calls are always answered or returned promptly.

Always efficient service and great communication.

Excelent simple straight up service. Not like the other corrupt estate agents arround.

All three members of staff I had dealings with at the Deansgate, Manchester office were polite, efficient and extremely helpful, as were the two staff members I did viewings with.
