Very good service till now. Responsive to our requests. However we got requests to change furniture or take measures for future works with little or no notice.

Since Jordan's became Leaders we have noticed a big improvement in the service provided. We have any queries responded to promptly and competently & our tenants also receive a good service.

Very pleased with the service, queries and e-mails are generally responded to quickly. Staff all very pleasant and helpful and have secured a better rental rate with latest tenant which is great. My apartment is currently on the market and it would be good to speed up the process a bit although I recognise the tenant is not very amenable when it comes to viewings. Would welcome some ideas on the best way forward.
