I am very impressed with the efficiency and how quick they were to service my needs in regards to the property, excellent service, one of the best agencies, happy tenant :)

Good service but I do not like the fact that I am charged a fee every 6 months when a new tenant moves in or when the existing tenant decides to prolong their tenancy. At least I think I should receive a special rate as there is very little to do especially in the case of a tenant remaining on. Please review this.

Generally I am happy with all of the dealings I have had with the agency so far however I would comment that the agency could be more transparent with the cost of applying for and renting properties so that it is clear exactly how much money is needed at the beginning of the process.
