Hi I sent a review before and realised I had been quite negative. Overall we are happy with all the dealings with leaders since we got here. Despite a few issues, I understand that it can't be easy being an agent with so many people to deal with on a daily basis and landlords and tenants. So I apologise if I came across more negative than positive but overall we were happy with our experience

The handling from the previous property was undertaken well in anticipation of the landlady being difficult. Lack of inventory & previous documentation on rental was overlooked but handled. Move to new property has been consistent & well managed.

In overall the service is quite good and efficient, much better than other agencies. I will emphasize the rapidity of the tenant procedure. The only issue that can be mentioned is that I would prefer to have the inventory once I rented the property instead of a few weeks later to avoid futures misunderstanding.
