On contacting Amy I was told she would take care of any relevant phone calls that would resolve the council's mistake. True to her word she contacted me a few days later saying it was concluded. She was caring about the service provided and had been very helpful. I would have complete confidence in any future service from them.

Overall the service has been very good and staff have always been very friendly and helpful when contacted. The only downside I have experienced is communication between staff. I specifically asked not to have a legionella check carried out and was later billed for it and on another occasion I had phoned up to request that you arrange a gas safety inspection only to be contacted and asked to provide evidence I had had it done. Both issues were resolved but shouldn't have really happened in the first place.
