hi ,i think the pre-letting side of things are great and the service getting the keys etc, however its the bit in-between. i.e, i was told that the owner was happy for me to have the property and we talked about a possible moving in date which was about a month later, you then started the referencing/ paperwork etc, . from then on i didn't have any contact with you wot so ever so i left in limbo as no one had contacted me to say . yes everthing as come back ok and i had passed and the property was mine nore to confirm the moving in date, i had to ring the day before to see what was happening , to be told i was moving in the next day, i just think someone needed to keep me up to speed more throughout the whole process.

I have been totally impressed with the service provided by the management team. They have been fully supportive and completely restored my faith as to whether we continue to be Landlords or not. I would not hesitate to recommend Leaders for a fully managed contract.

Your property management side has improved greatly since Leaders have taken over. The staff are more polished and professional. Josh in the past and Simon more recently have been great guys and I felt that I could rely on them both to do a good job.
