Good communication & prompt responses to offers. Agent was very helpful, it was a little difficult to arrange access to the property during the sale process but this was more the vendors issue than the agents.

Although I had very little contact with Leaders during the sale process, a call whilst arranging a viewing and then a few emails following the offer/completion, what we did have was friendly and professional. Would certainly consider using Leaders if required in the future.
