The service I have received has been excellent all round, from viewing the property to moving in. Emails are responded to is quick. Great service

No problems with the service received but it really would have helped to have had someone show me where everything was in the flat when I moved in, although I appreciate it may not be something you could do anyway as it requires knowledge of the flat. For example, I had no idea that the hot water and storage heaters run on economy 7 and heat up overnight so, day 1 I had no hot water until day 2, (that was after having to find out how to switch the hot water on). I had no idea of how the shower works and didn't realise it works in conjunction with the pump - I automatically assumed it didn't work but fortunately found the pump control by accident. I still have no idea where the fuse-box is - if there is one although I have found the main power switch in a cupboard in the hallway. Just things like that really.
