Good afternoon i just have one complaint.....i have asked quite a few times last year if i would be allowed to get a small cat or a small dog to join my son and myself. I have never had an answer. I was told it qould be checked and let me know. I never heard about it again?

Reasonably happy with the service. I did enquirer about a possible reduction in the fee charged without any response. Pleased with reports of spot checks on the property and follow up issues.

Since being acquired by Leaders, points of contact are less clearly identifiable than when Faulkners were the managing agent. Otherwise, the service continues to be of a good standard.

I have used Leaders/Faulkners for many years. The team try really hard to get the best tenants, and are very professional when dealing with both parties. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly to ensure that the problems are solved
