Generally I am very happy with the service: staff are helpful and positive and are really trying to do their best. There is one issue outstanding on my property, though, concerning a carbon-monoxide alarm which I believed had been installed (paid for in June 2016) However, a later inspection report (August 2016) noted there was not one in the property. I am waiting for clarification on this. Otherwise there are no issues.

Happy with the service provided. Sent reports of inspections of the property on a regular basis. The rent money is always promptly put into my bank account. No complaints thus far.

Tenants found very quickly. Computer information too complicated for me. Need paperwork sometimes. Communication with regard to monies not good but all happened without a problem apart from not being informed. Communication needs to be clearer.

I'm very happy with my Leaders experience. Photos were taken, uploaded to the web and 2 viewings booked in a day. The first viewing took the property.

I am quite happy with the service I receive from Leaders. They have an excellent back up team of tradesmen that can fix virtually anything that goes wrong. As a long time landlord of theirs, perhaps a reduction in the percentage they deduct could be reduced as I find other letting agents do have a lower percentage fee. All in all I am happy with Leaders.

Overall marketing and tenant mgt service very good. One continual issue is that we want correspondence via mail not electronic but despite repeated emails/phonecalls this has not happened.
