We viewed a lot of houses and dealt with a lot of estate agents but Leaders were by far the most professional. From the lady that showed us around three times to the staff in the office who helped us through the sale, everyone was extremely helpful.

All of the team were great, they pushed through a house sale in two and a half months from offer being accepted to exchange and completion. Great effort. There were over 20 issues to be resolved between the solicitors and the team managed to assist the solicitors to resolve all of the queries in two weeks. Would have been a four month process otherwise. Two and half months is great going.

The ladies in the New Milton office are always friendly and helpful with a professional manner. The Leaders head office however appear to take a long time to transfer monies received from tenants to the landlords account. It may be that their administrative dept are not as efficient as the local branch.

From our fist meeting I found Leaders to be very professional in their approach and very helpful when gas fitters were needed for our tenant. All our dealings have been very poser give and staff are always very helpful. I would certainly recommend Leaders for service.
