Overall I thought Leaders provided a very professional service. The staff were pleasant, friendly, polite and most helpful at all times. However, I do feel they could have done more to ensure the premises we were moving into had been cleaned thoroughly.

I always find the team in New Milton happy to go that extra mile and extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to landlords.

Leaders (New Milton) were excellent in helping us find a suitable rental property, including arranging viewings. They also quickly and efficiently dealt with the necessary paperwork. We were less impressed with the inventory, arranged but not completed by Leaders which was very long and detailed for an unfurnished property, had numerous errors including incorrect meter readings and did not identify items and areas which were far from clean. And, there was no feedback when we documented all the errors. It took 3 attempts to get the recommended insurance (Hepburns) to get the address correct. Centrally dealing with Utilities simply didn't work, far better dealt with at a local level.

Residents in neighbouring flats always comment about our good tenants. Due entirely to your personal attention in matching tenants to the property. Keep up the good work New Milton Branch.
