We have only been with Leaders a short while but so far so good with regards to managing our property. It's good to know that Leaders will tackle legal issues that may arise as well unlike other agents. My only criticism was how a friend of mine was made to feel when she was looking for a flat. She was dismissed by a member of staff in a very matter of fact way as she was on a benefit! Not a kind way to treat people in need!
